  This was my first visit to this location, which requires guests to order from their infuriating app on dirty tablets while the sole employee kicks back and twiddles his thumbs. Once I finally paid for and submitted the order, it took a solid 45 seconds for the order to appear on the monitor. During that time, the employee just stood there staring at the blank monitor waiting for the order to appear. I got a 4-cheese soufflé and a cup of coffee, both of which were at or below room temperature. No wonder the parking lot was empty on a Friday morning while nearby competitors’ lots were packed. Steer clear of this location!

  Is a dump, skip always. This place closes at 9pm, theoretically. I show up at 8:53pm and the have NOTHING WARM, no sodas, no hot water, no tea. Why do you make me drive here if all you have open are the doors? I don't think you understand what what an open store means. If only the doors are open, you're not open. On top of it all, I hear the manager and other workers mention in the back in Spanish how annoyed they are I just walked in, not knowing that even though I don't look Latin American I am and speak perfect Spanish. I have never been so insulted as both a Latin American and an American. Panera needs to train is personnel. This is unacceptable. The place is also a dump, kind of supporting offices rather than a nice panera like I other locations. I hope this helps others.

  The chicken avacaodo blt i got didnt look like it would be good but ended up being moist, which is rare for chicken sandwiches in a quick serve place like this. This panera didn't have much seating in the store. You had to go to the building lobby within which had the seating for the panera. So not great ambiance to do some studying or reading.
