    No one here knows how to make a frizen coffee. It has been like this for years. It's all syrup and dark brown. A waste of money the few times I have tried to go back hoping someone will train them correctly.

    The person who was getting our order got it wrong and instead of admitting to his mistake he tried to argue that he was right. It took up time and we were already in a bad mood so that did not help.

    This Dunkin is hit or miss like most. However I have gotten a decent amount of incorrect drinks. More than I am used to from a dunkin. It doesn't even seem like the same person. I always ask for caramel swirl and have recently gotten pumpkin spice 3 of the last 7 coffees. Pretty annoying. Just make sure you check your drink before leaving.
