Do not like when these places skimp on the toppings. Got home and saw big empty area in bowl and was immediately disappointed. They don't have same toppings as other Chipotles. They were out of corn. People working there didn't seem to want to be there. I'll go elsewhere next time.

The burrito artists always have earbuds in, and they don’t listen to what you say and get annoyed when you have to repeat or correct them. They sit around and never acknowledge you when you enter the store. Every time I go back, I think “It can’t still be that bad. It must have changed by now.” But no, it’s still horrible. Like the worst one I’ve ever been to. It would take affirmative effort to be this bad. It’s truly puzzling.

It's 2025, we live in a digital financial currency exchange. The customer service was outstanding and in my opinion the crew deserved a tip. It is rare to enter a chain restaurant without POS software that allows patrons to leave a digital tip added to the transaction. Consequently, I went to the nearest ATM and withdrew cash, returned, and left a cash tip. Get creative Chipotle! Update POS system and support digital tips or install ATM's at your locations that only support cash for tips. These workers are the backbone and direct representatives of your brand. You've lost your way...
