They didnt realize they forgot my order until everyone else had been helped and I was the only one standing there. This is always the case, hopefully it will be better next time.

I simply do not understand how a Dunkin’ donuts is run THIS poorly. It’s infuriating. It’s never even BUSY! My husband just went and got me a caramel craze latte, I’m sick, so I stayed home. He comes back, and it’s COLD COFFEE. Like ice coffee. In my hot coffee cup. It doesn’t make sense. And instead of wasting the time driving back, I dumped it out. I won’t return to this location again. I’d rather drive off base to a different location.
