Ultimately it took them 7 emails back-and-forth requesting information like my credit card number for them to turn my coupon into a partial refund of less than five dollars. Bare minimum customer service. Not happy. Usually this place is fine. But today we ordered a kid's meal (to go) and then we got home we found the "cheese quesadilla" was literally just two tortillas. Not like "oh they skimped on cheese." There was literally NO filling in the tortillas at all. And her clementine fruit was black on the inside - unsure if that's a mold or rot or what, but it doesn't belong in my toddler's food. I called customer service for a refund and they issued me a coupon for a free kid's meal that expires in 30 days. So more or less they're just trying to get me to come back and spend more money, rather than actually right the wrong. I expected to AT LEAST get my money refunded for the meal that my toddler never received. Instead I get a coupon to come back. No way.

I’m not sure if this is privately owned, but gross. 930pm, all the tables are filthy, everything is a mess, trash is overflowing, and the workers seemed aggravated they had to do this job…while most of them sat in the lobby covered by trash on the tables. There’s no way that doesn’t translate to the food quality and the cleanliness of what customers are eating from. Stay away from this place.
