Drive thru line is always backed up & it's confusing to understand why because whenever you go inside the building, most employees are usually busy assisting drive thru customers, while counter service is being neglected. I have stood at the counter before for several minutes before even being acknowledged by staff. They also commonly make mistakes by getting your order wrong. One suggestion I have for those on drive thru is please allow customers to finish ordering before repeatedly interrupting to ask if that's all or whether their order is complete. When you do this, it's difficult to get orders to you & also seems as if you're talking more than listening, which is likely why you often make mistakes. I don't have too many complaints about the beverages or food, it's mainly just the service although one issue with the iced coffee is that they NEVER melt the sugar, so it's all stuck to the bottom of the cup. You must request napkins here as well, because they will never include them in the bag...no matter what you order or how much food you get. Very frustrating!
