  This Dunkin' definitely has much room for improvement! They can barely ever hear you on the drive thru speaker & often interrupt you before you complete your order, which leads to frequent mistakes involving inaccuracies. The biggest issue though that I've dealt with here several times is that they have too many employees always catering to drive thru orders while they ignore customers inside of the establishment to stand there waiting. They will not even acknowledge your presence by saying "I'll be with you in a moment" or something similar. They just run around back & forth helping drive thru orders rather than taking the time to either wait on us or at least have the decency to tell us that they'll be right over as soon as possible. Once I stood there for at my least 5-7 mins before I finally spoke up & said "I'm ready to order!" because I watched as they made eye contact with me more than once without saying a word as the line behind me grew. Also the restroom is usually not very clean. I noticed most of their help is very young, like teens/20's. Not saying there's anything wrong with hiring a crew of young people, but it might help & do them some good to have some more older employees here who are more experienced to train them so that they can move at a faster pace & learn how best to divide their attention amongst customers & various work related duties to cut down on the wait times drastically! Another problem I've had here was being served a burnt bagel that came without any cream cheese (though I had ordered it) & when we returned it & complained we were told that '"some people like them that way!' Um...maybe so, but I definitely didn't request it to be almost black & I certainly wasn't about to serve it to my daughter who was only around 4/5 years old at the time! Just unacceptable. Burning food obviously happens but it should have been tossed & remade rather than the employee accepting it burnt & not caring enough about customers satisfaction to take an extra minute or two to try again.

  I asked for an ice latte with an extra shot of espresso. I said “extra shot of espresso” FIVE TIMES. Did I get it? No. I got an ice latte Filled With flavor syrup? I couldn’t even drink it because it was solely flavoring. How do I say something five times and still get the order wrong? Absolutely terrible
