Instead of saying hi back to me, (or any greeting at all) she looked behind her as if she didn't want to help me or wasn't sure what to do. I placed my order. She made it just fine. But I'm still standing right there at the order counter. There are no other customers in the store. She walks over to the pick up counter and loudly exclaims "medium regular!" As if I'm nit literally at the order counter. So I walk over and say "thank you" as I take my coffee. But she didn't say "you're welcome" or even acknowledge me. I felt like I was in a Stephen King movie. Absolutely no personality whatsoever. I get it, she works at Dunkin Donuts. But at 60+ years old, has she really come this far in her life and still have no clue how to just act like a normal person??
