  Drive thru has an AI worker, halfway thru my order the window worker chimes in and tells me not to yell at the screen, in which case I was not I was speaking loudly so the Fake AI could hear me. He responds with extreme sas And overall being grumpy. Terrible customer service.

  Went here for my lunch. Did 2 online orders. Then was told I had to go through the drive thru 2x and the manager was extremely rude about it. She slammed the windows and basically made a circle gesture with her about the drive thru.

  They always get part of your order wrong. Fries were cold today and under seasoned. They were out of all 4 kinds of Baja Blast and the vanilla freeze was “broken” but you could see they never installed it in the first place. Got a spicy and a non spicy quesorito and they didn’t label which one was which. They never start working on your online order until you actually get to the restaurant. This Taco Bell sucks.

  Horrible, they messed up my delivery order so I went in the next time. When I went in their AI was detrimental resulting in every order took 15- 20 minutes. It could only manage one order per person, so since I had two orders it was a very unpleasant 40 minutes I’ll never get back.
