Brought out the same piece of hamburger ( you could see where I cut it with my fork) which was now burnt, had no gravy and nothing else on the plate. (Was supposed to come with mashed potatoes.) Manager totally clueless & told me " they are working on the mashed potatoes" . Huh? I waited 20 minutes TWICE for the same meal and the mashed potatoes aren't ready? Awful experience as I went home hungry and angry.
