When I got to the window I got my drink but it was the wrong drink so I asked the girl to change it. She was very rude and did not display good customer service. They were also listening to very loud inappropriate music and got most of my order wrong. Never going there again

When I asked a staff member to have a table cleaned, the manager responded by handing me a rag and telling me to clean it myself. This is completely unacceptable for any dining establishment. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the poor hygiene standards at this location.

Had to remind staff to provide me with my cups despite there only appearing to be one more customer to keep track of. I've had far too much taco bell in my lifetime to consider the food here even acceptable. Wish I had gone literally anywhere else.. Edit - I ate my beefy 5 layer the next morning (yes I understand that eating food the next day typically makes food seem worse) and the folding of the burrito was strange? It was like the burrito had been somehow folded into two compartments? Imagine a W but the top and bottom of the letter are pinched closed. And it was almost entirely beans. In my 12(?) Years of eating beefy 5 layers i have only been less satisfied by three beefy 5 layer experiences. The watery beans beefy 5, the single tortilla beefy 5 (missing the inner tortilla because the locations was running low. If you still have it you still have it) and the sideways burrito beefy 5. Impressive levels of disappointment at this location
