I ordered through the mobile app and specifically asked for an extra shot of butter pecan, skim milk in my latte, cookie butter cold foam, extra queso on my loaded hashbrowns and I got none of it. I even had to ask for the cold foam at the drive through. On top of that, they used cream instead of skim milk. It’s super annoying, especially since I paid extra. The labels are right there on the order for a reason!

- MMMichelleJul 16, 20251.03rd time at reopened location. 1st time I as pulled forward and never received my food. 2nd time order was missing items and this morning...bagel burnt, asked for dark but its still untoasted in center and just burnt all around the edges, entirely too much cream cheese and soggy hash browns. I know its Dunkin and they are just trying to move you along but its takes an extra 2 mins to do it the way your customer requested. I won't be back, gave up quality for a new building I guess
