- CBCallie BonneauJan 16, 20261.0I stop here some mornings. Most of the time the order taker is a wonderful woman, and she is so kind and sweet. When it is not her (I think Fridays, usually) the woman who takes orders is extremely rude and condescending. She “corrects” me every time I try to order my coffee- it seems as though I can never order it right the “right way”. I’m sorry that I don’t work for Dunkin and don’t know the “right way”. To be honest I don’t really care if someone likes how I order my coffee or not… just take the order, it’s not that serious. I think I will be using a different coffee shop from now on.
