    So I tried to cancel an online order and the email for the order said call the place to make any changes or cancel because I made an error with the location. On the phone they said they can’t cancel it and I have to EMAIL wingstop. I said okay that’s not conducive with my needs at the moment and I never said I wasn’t coming to pick my food up. I arrive an hour later obviously expecting the food to be cold but atLEAST made. I got there and they were confused on where my order is and the girl literally lied to my face and said they think someone stole it. I find that hard to believe because the food is positioned behind the counter with the names on the orders NOT facing the customer AND they were asking everyone in line for their confirmation email. If someone stole it they would have to have shown the girl my exact order with my name on it??? Being blatantly lied to in my face because they obviously didn’t make the food assuming I wasn’t coming because I tried to cancel is actually absurd. It was a $30 dollar order and in this economy I don’t have time to email customer service to a cancel and refund when I can just go get the food at the location considering it was my error anyway but the service at this place sucks. Won’t be back. The location in Taunton is WAY better.

    I had a order to go, that I ordered in store. When I got home the order was wrong. That is the worst feeling. I ordered bone in wings, plain cooked well done and I got BBQ boneless. Terrible.

    Great wings ! No issues and workers were very nice. Not sure why all the 1 star reviews... In this day and age ORDER ONLINE and stop being a boomer. Also these workers all had gloves on and looked clean, the Johnston location there were 6 people I saw behind counter making food and NONE HAD gloves on. 🤢

    Absolutely fantastic service. The food is always fresh and well cooked, and not to mention the customer service. Bryan always treats me with respect and even gives me samples to try. Guy definitely deserves a promotion. Regardless, the food is always on point and I absolutely recommend sliding by this location.

    Food was meh. The service, wait time, management, and problem resolution were horrendous. Ordered directly through Wingstop's website for delivery. They apparently contract the deliveries through Door Dash. Driver only delivers half our order an hour after we put in the order. We text him that we are missing food and he tells us that is all he was given (the bag even says 1 of 2). I call Wingstop and it takes 40 minutes on hold to even speak to a person. They tell me "oh yea we have the food here, can you come get it?" No...we ordered delivery for a reason. I asked if they could contact someone at Door Dash to deliver the rest of our food. I'm put on hold. They get a manager on the phone who says "honestly I have no idea what we can do - I will call you back in 5 minutes". I hang up...45 minutes goes by. We call again. Another 15 minutes on hold. They said they were working on it still. We say we just want to cancel the rest and give us a refund. Seemed like they didn't want to, but agreed to refund the full amount. A week went by and still no refund... Will never go back...should have read all the other reviews before ordering.
