The burger was like an actual home made burger, nothing fast food about it, although the food did come out of the kitchen to my table within 5 minutes of me sitting down. The French fries were perfect, skinny little shoestring fries cooked to perfection in beef tallow. I could not believe how good of service I got from the employees. Every employee in the place was clearly taking their jobs as seriously as if the restaurant were their own. To me, that is very rare and nice to see as a paying customer. I would definitely go back next time I am craving a burger.
