  Always wrong order. Flavor/rub are different each time you order for exact same orders! You wont get the flavored sauce that you ordered! 4th time here… Bad experience

  Food was meh. The service, wait time, management, and problem resolution were horrendous. Ordered directly through Wingstop's website for delivery. They apparently contract the deliveries through Door Dash. Driver only delivers half our order an hour after we put in the order. We text him that we are missing food and he tells us that is all he was given (the bag even says 1 of 2). I call Wingstop and it takes 40 minutes on hold to even speak to a person. They tell me "oh yea we have the food here, can you come get it?" No...we ordered delivery for a reason. I asked if they could contact someone at Door Dash to deliver the rest of our food. I'm put on hold. They get a manager on the phone who says "honestly I have no idea what we can do - I will call you back in 5 minutes". I hang up...45 minutes goes by. We call again. Another 15 minutes on hold. They said they were working on it still. We say we just want to cancel the rest and give us a refund. Seemed like they didn't want to, but agreed to refund the full amount. A week went by and still no refund... Will never go back...should have read all the other reviews before ordering.

  He must be eating all the wings cause there’s no reason why my food took several hours … no response from them and had to go through 6 dashers because they “couldn’t find my food” because someone “picked it up” as a business you should be paying attention so that dosent happen and if it does you should remake the food? Which they didn’t want to do. From my understanding it was a bunch of teens fooling around in the kitchen.

  It was my son's first time experience and front counter service was amazing very polite. But food was very flavor lacking literally taste like nothing... not very appealing visually

  I understand they just opened but definitely agree with other reviews they need a manager, adult or some kind of supervisor. When I walked in I noticed there probably wasn’t one employee working over the age of 18, if that. Figured no biggie I worked at that age, but I’d say about 4 of them actually were taking the job seriously trying to get orders out and the rest it’s like they had there highschool friends on the floor. While waiting 45 mins for food I just watched them beep boo around going back and fourth from behind the counter to the floor to chat with friends. Granted when I walked in it wasn’t busy, shortly after I placed my order it got busy. Took about 45 mins to get the food and I’m probably being generous, I will say I think it took so long because of the unprofessional environment. I’m just glad my food was still warm when I got it. I’d like to try it again but I’m definitely ordering ahead next time because it really was ridiculous.
