    Order was supposed to be ready at 5:15, walked in and checked in , I was told their was 4 people ahead of me and it would be ready in 15 minutes , ( ok not a problem it was busy i can wait ) so it should be ready by 5:30 not a big deal , 5:45 I checked in again and was told their was 4 people ahead of me ans it would be ready in about 15 minutes , after seeing what another customer went through to get a refund i decided they could keep my order and my $20 , it cost me $20 to learn a leason , dont waste your time or money here , Zero supervison of employees , no systems or processes in place to keep orders straight , They need a Manager on at all times

    The reviews are so mixed but I always had a good experience every time I went. I was handed the wrong bag one time and they were able to make the correct food for me. As for people complaining about the wait, it’s not uncommon to wait 45 mins during a rush so I’m not sure why people were expecting it to be 15 mins wait. I only had to wait about 15mins each time I ordered takeout. They had just opened as well so it makes sense that they are still working out the kinks, but I love this place down!

    If I could give a place a negative star I would. For a newly opened place they are ill prepared and rude. Many of the employees are clueless as to what they are doing. Standing around as the dining room fills with impatient customers. And when you finally get your order after 2 hrs of waiting!! You will still have either missing or incorrect items. Wings Over Providence is way better, just go spend your time and money there.

    I can't tell you how disappointed I am. I was so excited to try this today. This is some of the worst food we've had in a while. We each got the wing combo with fries and a drink. We tried 4 flavors, Mild/Louisiana Rub/Spicy Korean Q/Hickory Smoked BBQ. All the flavors were bad, it was so gross, my wife didn't even finish. Wings a 2 out of 10. Fries were the best part 7 out of 10. How are you called WingStop and suck at making wings?!?! I normally give places that just opened a second chance, but they honestly didn't do anything wrong, wings were cooked fine as were the fries...the food just isn't good. I'll end with this...and I can't even believe I'm saying this...frozen marketplace wings are better. That's just sad.

    My sister and I visited this Wingstop today around 4:30 pm as walk-in customers, and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. We waited over 40 minutes for our order and had to ask the staff twice before we finally received our food. When we did get it, several items were missing and others were not made correctly. At that point, after such a long wait, it wasn’t even worth going back inside to have it fixed because we needed to get home. I understand this location has only been open for about a week or two, so some growing pains are expected. That said, there really should be experienced adults or management present to help run the operation. The restaurant appeared to be staffed by very young employees who were all sweet, friendly, and polite, but clearly overwhelmed and lacking guidance. I even observed them preparing and bagging orders one at a time, which likely contributed to the long delays. I hope things improve as the staff gains experience and proper management support is put in place, because the service today did not meet expectations.
