    Mobile ordered 4 subs for dinner for my family. Literally EVERY sandwich was made wrong! Whether it was the wrong bread, condiments, something was off with every sandwich. Called to complain and it was blamed on the ordering app, which is the subway app. I’m calling bullshit! Seemed more like the cause would be from rushing and not paying attention! Shouldn’t have to unwrap and check the sandwiches before leaving. The whole point of using the mobile app is to make it smooth. But if I ordered in store, there would be no mistakes because they make it in front of you. Very disappointing. Do better!
