  I’ve been shopping at this store for 4 years and I don’t think I’m going to go back. It’s the closest store to my house, so convenient that I can stop by whenever without adding any time to my schedule. Over the years I’ve put up with poorly stocked shelves, internet and card processing issues causing you to abandon shopping halfway through multiple times, constant equipment issues from the freezers to literally the doors not opening properly on the exit for weeks at a time. Recently, an increasingly aggressive employee in the meat department (over a year of him seeking me out to talk about conspiracies he’s very mad I am not taking seriously) got so upset he was using homophobic slurs and yelling at me. I told the store. They said they’d deal with it. Even if they do I’ve decided they’re not worth being convenient. I’d rather my own schedule be completely upended than walk into this location ever again.

  The worst. Never enough cashiers, the self check breaks a lot, and the paper bags rip.

  My basket was getting heavy so I put it down maybe 40 seconds , no basket . They took my basket.. The whole front end crew looking at me while I was looking for it not 1 person spoke up , until the cashier finally spoke up .. I would rather walk on pins then to ever step foot into another Stop And Shop ever again. .. No apologies noone saying hey lady I got your basket . Nothing like that till place . 😌 very disappointed.. I had been shopping here and all stop and shops my whole life . My mom to .. never again will I give these people a penny of my money . Im deleting my card my app . Never again ..
