- CACatarina AbreuDec 27, 20251.0I placed a Uber eats order to be delivered however due to lack of drivers I contact Uber customer service to have the order picked up instead. Uber provided me their address for pickup. I got to to the store, stayed at the pickup line while the workers are just moving around without asking me what do I need help with. One worker from drive through said Hi and I was trying to tell her the reason I was there. She even took my phone to look over the order. Her response was " I have been here since we opened and I did do see this order" she then told the manager you might want to handle this one. His response was " you have to call uber" without trying to figure out why the app is telling me to pickup the order at their location but they don't have the order. He walked away mumbling then said, "I don't have time for this right now"....then I lost it.... This was my first time at this location and it will sure be my last. Their customer service is terrible, I do not recommend..

- EBEmily BombackDec 6, 20255.0I went to dunkin because my order had been messed up the previous day and when I called to complain this morning, the nicest woman Emily picked up and said we could come right in and get it again for free. Then when we got there, the manager ended up taking our order and he was also THE NICEST man and did not make me feel bad about anything. I then wanted to place a separate order that I would pay for and he happily took our order for that and gave me a donut and breakfast wrap for free which he did not need to do. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
