She made it with a smile on her face and it came out PERFECTO! it's nice to see people who do their jobs well AND with a smile, because its not often that you come across such great pleasant people. 😊

After I've left and opened the bag, there's American on it so i can't eat it. Disappointing but oh well. Then the hash browns were burnt. Not great but unfortunate. Then I look in the bottom of the bag and there's handfuls of shredded paper napkins... so much of it. That's what forced me to come on here and leave a 1 star review because this whole experience was just an insane way to start my mothers birthday. You can't make this up. Hope no one else gets their time wasted there.

I had an online order they took a little while but repetitively apologized and offered me a free donut which I really appreciated. For as early as I came it was relatively busy and the staff handled it perfectly. Highly recommend this Dunkin to anyone!
