It's obvious that the hopper is either empty or clogged up. You can see that it is NOT correct before you put the lid on it and passed it out the window. This has happened so many times and I always get I am sorry but you are not because it just continues to happen. It's pure laziness and lack of training and most importantly the lack of pride in their work. I wonder how many customers you can afford to lose before you are in trouble?
