  I came in during a busy time and was honestly impressed with how smoothly everything was running. The line moved quickly, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was really clean. I asked the manager’s name, Julysa was working and you could tell she was keeping everything organized and helping the team stay on track. She was also really friendly with customers which made the experience even better. Definitely one of the best-run Chipotle visits I’ve had.

  I just ordered from this place tonight for the first time in 6 to 8 months because I've been so frustrated with the portions they give for the ridiculous price they charge. I ordered two bowls tonight one was supposed to have double Barbacoa and chicken with white rice and beans and cheese. Paid over $20 for this order online I got home opened it up and the portions were enough to feed a seven or eight year old there wasn't no double chicken or barbacoa barely any rice it kind of just like spread it out over the bottom of the bowl and not a lot of beans so I went back asking if they could just add more chicken and barbacoa because I paid over $20 for double the Chicken and Barbacoa The cashier said no that is double that is a spoonful of each it was not a spoonful of each maybe a spoonful if you scoop it up and then Shake all the access off. So she went to the back to grab who I think was a supervisor young girl and she said the same thing refused to take care of me refuse to do anything while people were lined up in line seeing what's going on. So after denying and denying and denying to do anything for me I refuse to leave so people that were in line started cashing out and they seen my bowl and every single one of them said that is ridiculous I would not have paid $20 or something like that so we agree with you because of this the supervisor called her manager her manager said to make the bowl over again but to give the same exact portions. This is the reason why I stopped going to these locations and I stopped giving this company my money because it's a rip off for the amount that they charge and what they give. And then when you try to get help from customer service through the app in order to get a refund you sit through the app and a cycle and you get nothing done. As someone who is a retail store manager who knows what customer service is supposed to be like this was not customer service and this is why I will not do business with Chipotle specifically this location.   Overall, great food especially if you dine in. Chipotle should be good but this location has missed items from online orders. When Chipotle makes a mistake they send you to an AI agent that credits you for the missed item for a future trip. I recommend that you check your order before leaving the store.

  Thank you for the staff that worked on the snow day(Jan 26th). Yes I was one of "those" people that needed to get out and not cook. They all worked very hard and did a great job being so short staffed. Give them a raise or extra bonus for coming in
