  I just waited 20 minutes and paid 45 dollars for food here and I got severe and unstoppable diarrhea a mere 5-10 minutes after eating.

  This location employs an AI ordering kiosk for the drive through. What is wrong with you people? Why are we giving up jobs to the clankers?

  It’s the afternoon lunch rush I was in drive-throu for about 25 minutes. I pull up order my food. I get to the drive-through window. The gentleman was nice. I grabbed my food pull over a little bit to make sure everything‘s in the bag. I open the bag, the baked potato with cheese, extra cheese and bacon was open and thrown in there, and on top of that there was no bacon on it. I go back in having to take the baby out the car seat in the cold to tell them, they gave me a open bake potato n it was thrown in my bag, and no bacon when I asked for bacon then the lady goes speaking Spanish like I don’t understand her and throws Away the baked potato and then tells me there’s no more baked potato I mean I don’t understand like someone’s not doing their job there. It’s the afternoon and they only had one potato for that rush. I don’t get it. It was very inconvenient for me. Never again I do not wanna go there again very unprofessional and the way the food was thrown in my bag like it was a freaking dog bag

  this location has hopped on the gen ai bandwagon, replacing their drive through order system with an ai order taking system. this takes away jobs that REAL PEOPLE need, on top of the disastrous environmental effects of heavy ai usage. additionally, removal of the human component prevents communication with the staff regarding actual concerns about your order, such as allergy concerns or, in my case, equipment issues. me and my friend attempted to order frosties, only to be told at the window, once we were actually able to speak to an employee, that the machine was down. had we been told this when placing the order, the way we normally would have been able to, we may have ordered something else, but we just ended up driving away and going to mcdonalds, where we can still actually speak to a real person to order. i am honestly disgusted by this. i don't even normally boycott anything because it's usually just corny performative activism, but i genuinely have no desire to return to a wendy's location until they have gotten rid of this garbage.
