  First time in here in person. Went terribly. Usually (according to my mother) the coffee is burned. Today, they had no sausage and had bacon which she cant eat because of her teeth, no mayo, the tables were messy, and my father asked for a tray for the drinks 4 times and didn't get one. My mother's coffee also tastes like it has no sugar at all. They can't switch the coffee for my younger brother to a hot coco so he got a decaf instead. (He's 16 and trying to avoid a caffeine addiction, we got the $6 meal.) Pretty sure no sugar in any of ours. We looked forward to this for 3 weeks, an outing as a family. It went terribly. I don't blame the staff necessarily, but my family definitely isn't happy.

  Came through this morning and whoever was handling the drinks musta had some kind of perfume or hand lotion that got on the cover and cup and I had to throw the whole drink out

  Several days in a row go inside, no customers, no workers in sight, wait time of 15 minutes before someone came out to take order. No donut selection Coffee is great though.
