Tonight I ordered through the App, and when I got home after picking it up, I realized the main item from the meal (Spicy McCrispy) wasn’t even in the bag. Usually I wouldn’t care, but those meals have gotten expensive. No way to report stuff like this on the app and not bother employees. So I tried to call, and the guy on the phone couldn’t hear me, his mic kept breaking up, and there was so much beeping and noise in the background that I just hung up. Again, I genuinely am not a big complainer and I know these employees aren’t getting paid enough for me to be frustrated with them. But it is annoying to have a like $7 sandwich on an $11 dollar meal left out of an order. It feels so annoying and suspicious that the most expensive items in an order (and any “extras” like sauces) are the things always somehow magically missing.
