- MLMakenzie LopezDec 27, 20251.0Stopped while passing through about 5:00pm on 12/27. Absolutely terrible service. The three girls that were working didn't even acknowledge us as we approached the counter. Nobody came to take our order so assumed we had to use the kiosk. We ordered 2 drinks and 3 donuts. One made our drinks and then went back to talking and cleaning and just didn’t give us the rest of our order. After a few minutes my husband said “excuse me, can we get the rest of our order” and instead of looking at the order she just asked us what we had. Got to the car to leave and she gave us the wrong donuts. Took the bag back in, and stood there for a couple minutes with the bag in my hand, one made eye contact but then looked away while they talked. At the same time , there was someone in the drive thru telling them their order was wrong too. I’ll make sure we skip Ashland Dunkin next time.
