    I’ve been going to this Dunkin for years and the passed they haven’t had one good employee, I’ve notice that there good is like dog food compared to way better places like honeydew and honeydew has good employees and it’s actually shocking when they mess my order up(take notes cuz I’m not shocked when Dunkin’s does) I can get food right when they open unlike this Dunkin’s where the employee will watch you waiting for like 5 mins then tell you he’s not doing half the job he’s payed for because it’s early like yes life sucks get to work you work at a Dunkin’s at 35 for a reason.

    I don't understand why this place is so bad. Every time I go, my coffee is always bad. I'm going to change my route and go somewhere else.

    I placed the order on phone and went through the drive through to pickup. Staff forgot to give me one item from my order. I had to go back again to pick up the item. No sorry nothing, person just handed over the item like nothing happened. This is the first problem. Second, I asked to put bacon on the cheese sandwich and that was not done. So I went back 3rd time. They made another sandwich. Nice, again no sorry nothing. I asked for refund and person was very rude in telling me that they do not give refund for mobile order. This is not acceptable. I had go 3 times for one order. Spoiled my morning. I am never going back to this place again.

    Didn't want to write a negative review, but I have gotten the wrong order twice in the past week. The first time, my boyfriend picked up my mobile order for me, so he didn't know it was wrong until he got home and it wasn't what I ordered. The second time, I ordered for delivery because I did not have time to run out before a remote early morning meeting, and yet again I got the wrong sandwich. Both times, my order was correct on the sticker on the bag, but somehow the food inside was not what I ordered. Disappointed because this Dunkin is so close to where I just moved, but I may have to look into a different location.
