I’m very disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I placed a simple order — a black decaf hot coffee with extra butter pecan and a serving of Snackin’ Bacon. What I received was a plain hot coffee with no flavoring and regular bacon with no maple sugar. This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong, and it’s frustrating to pay for items I don’t receive. The staff here constantly mess up orders, and it feels like there’s no care or attention to detail. This location really needs to improve its consistency and customer service.

This morning around 9:30 AM, I witnessed yet another disappointing incident at Dunkin—one that cost them three more customers, myself included. A woman who had placed an online order had to return to the pick-up counter few minutes later as Dunkin screwed up the order. She was reasonable and asked to provide the hash brown instead of the bacon which Dunkin botched up earlier. To her surprise and few fellow customer, she was completely mishandled. Instead of offering an apology or attempting to resolve the issue, the older lady (staff with headset) responded with dismissive remarks like, “We don’t give out free food.” The tone was rude, the attitude unprofessional, and the behavior unacceptable. Despite showing her receipt and confirming the order details, the customer was met with hostility, including repeated verbal altercations and even name-calling. I’ve heard of similar incidents before, but today I saw it firsthand—and it was appalling. In today’s world, where customer service should be a priority, this kind of treatment is simply inexcusable. I sincerely hope Dunkin takes this seriously and makes the necessary changes. As for me, I won’t be returning. And if you’re reading this, consider it a warning—you could be the next person facing this kind of ordeal.

I visited Dunkin’ this morning and ordered the $6 value meal, which was supposed to include a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese, hash browns, and a coffee. However, instead of the hash browns, I received bacon strips. I went to the counter and politely asked if the bacon could be replaced with the hash browns that were part of my order. The first lady I spoke with was understanding and asked another staff member to give me the hash browns. While I was waiting, another employee came over and asked what I was waiting for. When I explained, she told me she wasn’t there to give away “a bunch of free food.” I found that comment extremely rude. I had paid online, and the mistake was on Dunkin’s end, not mine. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just the items I had actually ordered. I have been to this shop many times, and from time to time I’ve noticed the servers being very rude. The authority should really take action on these kinds of employees, because experiences like this leave a very negative impression. For reference, I have attached the photo of the server I interacted with today—just so management is aware of who this was. Overall, the food itself was fine once I finally received it, but the customer service experience was disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but how staff handle them makes all the difference.
