    This chain is definitely a lower quality grocery store but they do carry basic items most people use. The staff looks really unhappy to be working there.

    Only good thing about this place is that Citizens Bank ATM's are there. Otherwise, they are overpriced and much of the groceries have been sitting on shelves far longer than at other stores with higher turnover.

    Read the expiration dates! On everything you buy! A few times we've bought milk, yogurt, etc and items have either expired or about to expire. Products are not being rotated (FIFO) and this is such an inconvenience overall! For a supermarket that was about to close years ago and remained open because of the "residents demands!" I've seen Market Basket being more profitable and convenient now that they've remodeled and made bigger instead! Even the bakery put in comparison to MB, I rather eat a good meal (you can get a better cup of coffee and donuts hands down!) there instead than in S&S! Also, they don't even carry skim milk which my mom needs. It may serve the purpose of Andover nearby residents but for the common folk driving by to get something quick, just go a few miles further and go to MB! And the location... a bit boring too!

    As a delivery driver, this store is horrendous for pick-up delivery. The employees who bring your order are rude. Do not recommend taking pickup deliveries from there.
