The last few times my hot coffee has tasted sour like its used with expired creamer. Dont go here at all better off going to the one on university drive or even in sunderland!!
- MMMrs MatosFeb 25, 20261.0I recently moved to the area and switched to this Dunkin’ because it’s the closest location to me. After going here for a little over 2 weeks, I honestly have had enough. This is easily one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. My order is almost never correct, especially my coffee. If I order a hot coffee, I get iced. If I ask for sugar, I get none. If I ask for one sugar, I end up with several. It feels like no one is paying attention to the order. I also ordered Snackin’ Bacon a few times and each time the bacon looked undercooked and unsafe to eat, which was very disappointing. The wait times are extremely long, even when the line isn’t that big. On top of that, communication at the drive-thru window is difficult, and it often feels like orders are misunderstood. After reading the reviews here, I can honestly say they are 100% accurate. I gave this location multiple chances and had the same problems every time. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.
