I have never encountered such a rude, unprofessional, and repulsive employee anywhere in my life. The manager on shift treated others (employee & customers) with disgusting behavior. (Eye rolling, attitude, argumentative) Was eating food while working and talking to customers, not wearing gloves, and making food / drinks for customers in between eating (did not wash hands). I witnessed her insult another customer, argue and raise her voice (completely unprompted might I add) all because they kindly asked for a coffee to be remade. No individual should be allowed to treat other people, let alone customers, with so much disrespect. Allowing this woman to keep her job and continue on her day is just enabling this kind of behavior. Nobody and I mean NOBODY who treats others like this should be allowed to work in any sort of customer service / hospitality environment. ESPECIALLY not as a manager.
