  Bordered a bagel sandwich to go and 6 bagels. Not that busy...had 1 person in front of me. Got my 6 bagels quickly...pd at register..w/charge card. Waited ten minites..asked how much longer...was told 20 more min. I asked for a refund for the sandwich and was told I had to wait in line... Ouch..I complained ..finally was told I would have to wait a week to get tje refund on credit card. Wow. So ..you should never half to wait that long...seems there is preference for pick up . Not a good way of running a business

  Loved the service here and my sandwich and coffee were delicious.... I went to tip my server with a cash tip when they served us and was told they could not accept cash and they could get fired if they accepted... I was flabbergasted and really upset with managers and owners. That really is and can not even think of the right word but not right and atrocious Ahhhhhhhh.....

  tony the owner is a great guy always positive and never fails to make my experience amazing! food is always great and service never disappoints!! can’t name a better bagel shop in the area!!🥯🥯

  Unfortunately our first experience wasn't great. I ordered a pumpernickle bagel and was given a wheat bagel. I was trying to just go with it, especially because it was late morning and they were running low on inventory, but the wheat bagel literally had zero flavor. I was so excited to try this place but they really fell short.
