When it was my turn was told “just so you know it’s gonna be a while” when asked what a while was he said “like 25 minutes maybe longer” because he had backed up online orders. Since when do online orders take priority over someone ordering in person? I walked out, went next door to Pizza House and ordered a grinder for less money and was told 10 minutes maybe less for my freshly prepared grinder. If you can’t handle in store orders with one employee maybe shut off online ordering during prime hours. Just a suggestion because no one in their right mind is gonna wait in person for 30-35 minutes for a chain restaurant over priced grinder.

I asked the girl to bag it and she threw the bag on the counter. I'm sorry I tipped her early. I almost reached in the jar and took my money back! I'm not going back..
