    Avoid at all costs. Service is terrible and the woman who's taken my order the past several times seems to be hard of hearing, requiring me to correct her several times per order. Additionally, the modifications I had to correct her on still made it to me incorrect, with condiments that I specifically requested to not be on my food. On top of all that, my burgers were both stale.

    Fine if you are going through the drive through, will blatantly ignore customers that go in and order at the register, they will look right at you and wait to you give up and leave; this last time 13min and I just gave up and walked out. Company needs to get rid of the drive through timing incentives they give their employees; they disincentivize all the other aspects of good customer service

    The soda was the flat, the sprite was like water. My food took a year to get it and they didn’t even count my nuggeys right. Never come back they lost aura on an another level. Never coming back ever again. The workers were snapping at me. Also the tables were not clean, there was crumbs everywhere no seating for the bros to sit down at.

    20 minutes in line at the drive through. No one took our order. This location is fine during the day, but whatever you do, avoid going here at night, especially on the weekends. This place has always been extremely slow at nights, but I’ve finally had enough. This past weekend, I got stuck between cars in the drive through for 20 minutes. I only wanted to get a couple of Happy Meals for my kids. The line never moved. When I finally got to the window to order, the poor girl on the other end couldn’t stop apologizing. She was the only one working there at 9:00 on a Saturday night. She had to run the register and put the food together, completely alone. Such terrible management. I felt terrible for her. I left and went to the location the next town over. We got through the drive through in less than three minutes. Whoever is managing the Agawam location needs to start doing their job.
