I also ordered a frozen coffee, which never came while we were eating. We sat there for about 40 minutes and asked multiple times about the drink — we were told it wasn’t ready or that there were several orders ahead of us. When we finally finished eating and I went to ask for a refund, suddenly the frozen coffee was “ready.” The entire visit felt disorganized. Pickup orders were piling up with no one helping customers. When an employee finally came over, he didn’t even ask who was waiting or check names — people ended up sorting through the bags themselves. Overall, the place was chaotic and uncoordinated. It’s disappointing because the food could have been decent if the experience wasn’t so frustrating.
