Older woman who is there in the mornings everyday just blatantly ignoring me at the window. I tried to scan for points and she just didn’t listen to me. She took my card, ran it, and then once I finally got her attention she got upset that I was trying to scan for points after paying, when it was her fault that I couldn’t do it beforehand. She then opened the window about two minutes later and asked me "why are you still here?" when i hadn't gotten my food or drink yet and my coffee was wrong. I have been to this Dunkin everyday this summer, you would think she would have a little more respect for someone who treats her kindly everyday.
