    Everytime I order food here there's always an issue with them running out of stuff.... is any in management smart enough to order extra stuff so they dont run out of stuff and lose customers

    As a previous Dunkin employee/Shift Leader this is disgraceful. I understand how busy and overwhelming it can get but having a reliable manager and trained team behind you is what makes you successful. In the drive-thru one person needs to be speaking to the customer and take their order. Not two, causing the customer to repeat themselves 3-4 times. This becomes very annoying and frustrating. I also suggest that the person at the front counter takes care of the customer completely/fully and not walk away after taking their order, making them have to stand there for 10+ minutes for one drink. I’m aware of how long every food item takes to cook, as I was the only one for a while who was experienced enough to handle food during a rush, nevermind in general. At 2:00 in the afternoon I believe it’s unacceptable to make a single person in an empty lobby wait that unnecessary amount of time or one car to wait 6 minutes at the window when there is few cars to no line in the drive-thru. Train your employees correctly and be attentive when they need help!
