  Staff is great but management sucks at keeping in stock. Oat milk has been out for 5 straight days (a weekly occurrence at this Dunkin by the way) and then on a Monday morning is out of oat milk, almond milk, matcha, and refreshers. They don’t update their inventory for online orders so you don’t find out they’re out until you get there. This is a regular occurrence at this Dunkin and the staff says it’s from budget cuts, but Cheshire and north adams both seem to be somehow not having this same problem. My suspicion is that the manager who wears pajamas to work is not ordering enough to collect a bonus from budget saving and not updating the online inventory so her bonus isn’t impacted. Abysmal management.

  Everytime I order food here there's always an issue with them running out of stuff.... is any in management smart enough to order extra stuff so they dont run out of stuff and lose customers

  As a previous Dunkin employee/Shift Leader this is disgraceful. I understand how busy and overwhelming it can get but having a reliable manager and trained team behind you is what makes you successful. In the drive-thru one person needs to be speaking to the customer and take their order. Not two, causing the customer to repeat themselves 3-4 times. This becomes very annoying and frustrating. I also suggest that the person at the front counter takes care of the customer completely/fully and not walk away after taking their order, making them have to stand there for 10+ minutes for one drink. I’m aware of how long every food item takes to cook, as I was the only one for a while who was experienced enough to handle food during a rush, nevermind in general. At 2:00 in the afternoon I believe it’s unacceptable to make a single person in an empty lobby wait that unnecessary amount of time or one car to wait 6 minutes at the window when there is few cars to no line in the drive-thru. Train your employees correctly and be attentive when they need help!

  I dislike how we make orders for people who are not here. I get the whole app thing but acknowledge the customer who is standing in front.
