I understand how busy and overwhelming it can get but having a reliable manager and trained team behind you is what makes you successful. In the drive-thru one person needs to be speaking to the customer and take their order. Not two, causing the customer to repeat themselves 3-4 times. This becomes very annoying and frustrating. I also suggest that the person at the front counter takes care of the customer completely/fully and not walk away after taking their order, making them have to stand there for 10+ minutes for one drink. I’m aware of how long every food item takes to cook, as I was the only one for a while who was experienced enough to handle food during a rush, nevermind in general. At 2:00 in the afternoon I believe it’s unacceptable to make a single person in an empty lobby wait that unnecessary amount of time or one car to wait 6 minutes at the window when there is few cars to no line in the drive-thru. Train your employees correctly and be attentive when they need help!
