- NTNicole Travis1 day ago2.0Every time I go here they mess up somehow so I’m going to start reviewing the mistakes. Ordered the new Oreo coolatta. It was on the app but not the drive thru menu. They gave me a coffee chiller with Oreo. It’s not a bad drink but not what I asked for. I didn’t want coffee, which isn’t in a coolatta.

Oat milk has been out for 5 straight days (a weekly occurrence at this Dunkin by the way) and then on a Monday morning is out of oat milk, almond milk, matcha, and refreshers. They don’t update their inventory for online orders so you don’t find out they’re out until you get there. This is a regular occurrence at this Dunkin and the staff says it’s from budget cuts, but Cheshire and north adams both seem to somehow not have this problem.
