- ADAlexis DDec 14, 20251.0Extremely rude manager. Didn’t even want to remake my drink when it was basically a cup of milk. Also, tried to big back shame me or something with a rude comment talking about “yeah it’s sweet cuz you got 6 pumps”... Are you not a Dunkin manager? I work at another coffee shop and see people get 10-20 pumps of SUGAR syrups , please be respectful of your customers and not sugar shame them. Especially in cases like mine when three of the pumps were sugar free (which you should’ve noticed as the manager). I also wanted it remade because it was milky, not too sweet. At the end of the day, just remake the drink, don’t shame your costumers. I hate having to leave novel length reviews like this, but when the customer service is this bad it’s necessary.
