  I am never coming back to this location until they get rid of the AI at the drive-thru and put a human back answering the drive-through. It was such a hassle getting the thing to understand basic words to actually place my order. I had to say no 6 times just so it would finish. It kept not understanding. Considering the drivethrough is empty at noon... not a great thing. If definitely explains why I have seen the drive-thru so backed up driving by before and yet it's not from people waiting at the window it's people waiting for the speaker

  Choose the difference is correct, choose anywhere else to go but here. Food is inconsistent if not cold. Employees could hardly care less if they get the order right never mind and form of smile. Always a last resort if I need something quick and then realize again and again why I don’t go here. From breakfast to lunch to late night it is a consistent disappointment

  Literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to waiting 33 minutes for my food. 6 ppl Infront of me inside after 10 minutes the manager goes " oh we don't have cheese" the "oh we don't have fries" then disappeared stopped filling ordered for 10 minutes comes back and says "we just waiting on fries" well gives me my order. And they didn't even make my food right. Poor management poor communication skills multiple ppl just left without there food

  Got to the soda machine both were dirty, poured my drink and it was extremely flat. Then when i sat down and unwrapped my burger the bun was soaking wet. I took a small bit anyway and it tasted disgusting, like something was wrong with them meat. First and only time I’ve thrown away an entire meal and left please do not go here
