- AAAngelMar 4, 20265.0The service was great. I went around 5pm on a sunday and Ashlynn and Nikki were the best. they made amazing lattes for me and my kids and they were super sweet. everytime i come on sunday night i know my drink will be made right. i recommend coming here it’s worth the money!

It’s rare to come across someone who makes your day brighter just by the way they greet you. My 3 kids absolutely enjoy to stop by and say hi to him even if we are going next door to 7/11.
- MMmoiFeb 20, 20262.0Not trying to be difficult — just confused as a regular customer. This Dunkin closes at 8 PM, but I’ve come in around 5:30–6:00 PM several times and been told the espresso machine is already being cleaned, so no espresso drinks are available. I completely understand cleaning and maintenance, but starting it hours before closing basically removes half the menu while the store is still fully open. If the doors are open, most people reasonably expect lattes and cappuccinos to still be an option. At that point it feels less like a coffee shop and more like a drip-coffee stand for the rest of the evening. To be fair, the employees are always friendly and I know it’s a tough job. And when they do make the lattes, they actually come out really good — which makes it even more disappointing when the machine is shut down so early. If there’s an early cutoff time, posting it would help set expectations. Otherwise customers will keep showing up expecting espresso drinks and end up leaving disappointed (and probably going somewhere else).
