He said it needed to be redeemed through Carryout, I don’t have a vehicle and am unable to do Carryout. Called to Redeem the Credit 12/02 at 8:45pm, just to be talked to rudely by the manager on duty and told I don’t have a credit, wouldn’t verify with the GM who called and offered it. I also asked if I placed a delivery order paid for with the delivery fees and tip, would they deliver my credit? Was told No. I recently worked for Papa Johns for 3 years as a Salaried Assistant and General Manager. I know their system very well, it hasn’t changed much since I left and the team working tonight has serious issues with their customer service. What’s the point of providing a credit if I can’t redeem it. This was my first truly bad experience with this store. I’ve been down here for nearly a year and have been a regular customer. If it’s this difficult to resolve issues I won’t be spending my money here nearly as much as I usually have been. I hope to hear back soon by Management with a satisfactory resolution.
