I immediately went and told the clerk of what happened. And to make sure our order was placed. She replied ok and went on. McDonald's was very busy. We waited over ten minutes. People coming in placing orders after us was hetting there's. After about 15 minutes, I stopped the clerk and questioned her about our order. She checked on her registry and saw it was in pending. I reminded her she was going to check on it earlier but didn't check. Now we had to wait another 5 minutes. The food was good ad usually. The manager gave me the McGriddle cool. But how do you forget the sausage? That the entire point of the big breakfast with hotcakes. Honestly the entire store need to be shut down. Can’t get a simple order right day or night! Smh
