  Every time I’ve gone to this location, i specify that I would like a latte and not a coffee. When going to receive the drink after payment, I’m met with confusion when I point out to the person giving the drinks that I ordered a latte not a coffee. It is always explained to me as the “milk difference” which I understand as 7 brew putting a twist on their drinks, but if I’m ordering a latte, it would be assumed that I would like a latte and not a coffee with their different milk flavors. Love the customer service and cheaper prices even though every time I go they are different. But I really wish instead of assuming what I would like, they would just let me order what I want.

  Yesterday, My mom and I had an issue with our drink orders. We wrote a review and were reached out to. Today, we went back and our drinks were remade for free. Jake, Myra, Diesel, and Kaitlyn were so hopeful. Great customer service!

  The service was very slow, and the workers seemed to be very confused and disorganized. Our order was completely wrong. The young man giving us our order didn’t even say hello, he just handed us our drinks without wiping them down. We ordered a cookie butter blondie and then a smooth 7 adding banana bread and cold foam, the nice lady taking our order repeated it back to us correctly. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, we received 2 smooth 7, one with cold foam, and one with banana bread and caramel drizzle, not what we ordered.
