Last week, March 16th, 2026, I had came here to try the new Big Arch. It was alright. Wasn't like the Double Quarter Pounder or anything like that. Will be back soon. Love the service.
- DRDavid R.Feb 22, 20263.0It would be easier to train a cat to speak than to train this McDonald’s to actually put ketchup in your bag when you ask for it. This is probably the 15th time and I’m not exaggerating.. ask the person checking you out for some ketchup, they’re going to say “sure”, and let me know how that goes. If you think I’m exaggerating.. they have the memory of a goldfish. Ask them to give you the ketchup before even handing you the bag to make sure you get it. I understand it’s McDonald’s, and the standard of service is much lower because McDonald’s isn’t going anywhere, but come on, have some respect for people. It’s not enough that 50% of that food is nothing but chemicals at least fake showing some care.
