One of them was trying to ring me up at one end of the counter while I was still giving the beginnings of my order at the other end. When I was paying, I was about to put in my phone number so it would add to my reward and so I could use my stored up points but the lady bypassed it. When I pointed this out she just said “You don’t need to do that.” Then they charged me for a full meal when I explicitly told them I was just ordering the sandwich. Never going to this one again.

Love Subway will never be back to this location again.
