  The WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!. TOOK FOREVER TO GET MY DAUGHTERS ORDER. SHE ORDERED A Double Qaurter Pounder and a Chocolate shake. The lady calls out the number and just walks away before I could get it. I had to wait for about 5 minutes before someone else came back to the counter to tell them I need my chocolate shake. Took another 5 minutes for them to come back and tell me the machine wasn't a working. I asked for a Dr. Pepper and she was back there for atleast 8 minutes before she finally brought my drink. No sense of urgency or customer service. The whole staff needs to be FIRED!!!

  I visited the drive-through at the McDonald's location and had a disappointing experience. They have two ordering lanes and both were open. I pulled up and said hello but received no response. Another vehicle arrived in the opposite lane and had their order taken before mine. That was the first issue. When my order was finally taken, I asked for a cheeseburger, a small fry, and a small Coke. I was told they do not have small cups, only large. Since they would not offer the large at the small price, I declined the drink. Considering how inexpensive fountain drinks are and that McDonald’s has historically run promotions like $1 any-size drinks, that response was disappointing. Finally, the small fry I received appeared to be the last of the batch, with most of the fries being less than an inch long. Fast food exists for a purpose: quick service with consistent quality and portion sizes. Unfortunately, this location fell short on all three during my visit.

  It's so funny how the workers and their family and friends can get a Carmel frappe but ever day I go to order one the machine is down or they don't have ice. They are always rude no matter what! Honestly shut the place down or hire all new people. I feel like high schoolers would be better at this job than the grown adults that work it now!

  It took a very long time to get out drinks and 1 order of fries!!! Frappe was not available. I ordered a caramel iced drink. It was so weak, no taste!
