  Constantly being served the wrong orders, a couple of times I have even been served uncooked food and gave me food poisoning one time. Whatever management changes happened needs to be reversed because it shouldn’t be this often a restaurant should mess up this bad on orders and the service is not any better

  Not very friendly and that’s if you can get them to the counter. Food is always wrong even if it’s just one thing, it’s like they do it on purpose. Even when I do the order on the app, take 15 to 20 minutes to get there, I still have to wait quite a while for my food.

  Sitting there on her phone scrolling telling me I’ll coming and still scrolling. Her name was Monet. Legit worst customer service ever. Yall need to shut this place down. She comes to talk to her friend but can’t check me out to get my order.

  Walked in. I was not acknowledged at all. Three three staff members passed me. Still nothing. Do they teach people customer service techniques anymore? So disappointed
