My loaded tots had sauce on em and I told them NO when I ordered on the app they DO NOT read orders properly. SLOW DOWN and Breathe, read the order cause you don't no if someone could be allergic to a specific thing. I don't pay with my hard earned money for this and they keep DOING This. 1/5 this is the WORST LOCATION on the WEST BANK. :( smh

He was extremely rude from his body and facial gestures and responses to me asking about my order. I asked him was he ok and he was extremely snappy. He said he thought I was one of the customer with an attitude so that’s why he had one. When he was being rude in front of the other employees they all looked like this was normal behavior for him. Another employee apologized because Seth walked off and went to the back of the store huffing and puffing. Poor leadership skills for a manager. He needs an attitude adjustment or customer serving training. I can only imagine what employees deal with from his temper and low tolerance.
