  I guess I should have checked the reviews and auto-generated responses (see below) before I stopped and ordered! Ok, ten hour shift in the plants… hot… end of work week! All I wanted was something sweet and cold to remind me that, I’m a human being who can enjoy life! I saw the Sonic sign like a beacon of sweetness for the drive home! I stopped, I ordered a large chocolate chunk brownie Sonic Blast! I received my order and quickly pulled away to head off traffic and beat the gridlock a bit! I took the first bite of that cold deliciousness and… it was only ice cream. Good ice cream but, still only ice cream. I took a few more bites. “This is just the top. Surly they mixed it half way being it’s so thick! This is just the top!” I thought. I was wrong! The entire large cup was only ice cream! At the bottom lay two inches of bitter sweet chunks of chocolate shards and a few bits of brownie! Not much “Blast” at all! I ordered the Sonic Blast, not this creamery abomination! I paid for a Sonic Blast, and I did not get a Sonic Blast! I feel as though I’ve wasted an opportunity on a promise of customer service and experience that was not delivered. Ten minutes of my day was spent earning the funds to purchase a disappointment which delivered neither service, nor experience. And I TIPPED! If you look closely at the provided picture below the insides of the cup have no chocolate shards on them. The only places that have these chocolate pieces are where the spoon was dragged up the side to ingest the semisweet pieces that were SUPPOSED to be enjoyed along with the ice cream (which, I might add, balances out the bitterness of the semisweet chocolate!). This… hypocrisy… was a cup of ice cream with chocolate “stuff” at the bottom. This is not what I took time and money out of my life and day to purchase. I’m not satisfied.

  Westlake Sonic has the freshest and best sweet tea. So if you like sweet tea stop there get you a Rt 44.

  Was told ice cream machine was out of order and to cancel through customer support but waited 30 minutes on hold for an answer and never got it. Lost my money and wasn’t offered a substitute for my items placed or anything. $20 gone.

  I bought the cream slushes and a blast one slush was not even a slush had very little in it mostly only ice cream wasn’t even blended. Then the other one was not even a cream slush. It was just a plain slushy. So I called to let them know she came got the slush back that was messed up was not very friendly at all. Acted as if it was my fault not theirs came back and handed it with no concern it seemed whatsoever. I also work in the food industry, and this is very much what I do not allow to come from my employees. We’ll definitely make a trip to the Moss Bluff Sonic instead of the Westlake I have absolutely never had a problem here and always come at night after I get home and settle down. Very disappointed. Then the one that was brought back to me was also not blended.
